

The approved building plans include the creation of eight new learning spaces as well as renovations to core facilities used by all students. The work will be completed in two stages; with Phase I facilities available in August of 2007 and the entire 2nd floor of the Margaret Teel Building ready for use in January of 2008.
PHASE I will provide much needed renovations to core facilities that serve all students. Included in this stage will be new flooring for the gymnasium, additional and improved space for computer education and an expansion of the library.

PHASE II will realize the long awaited completion of the Margaret Teel Building, which opened in 1999. The envisioned build-out of the 2nd floor will add 14,564 square feet of learning space and will provide areas for performing and visual arts instruction as well as facilities dedicated to the needs of middle school students.
