Intermediate School The journey of a St. Andrew’s education continues through the Intermediate School where students are continuing to develop higher level thinking skills, problem solving, and moving out of a self-contained classroom for their core academic classes. We provide Reading/Writing, Math, and Science everyday to our 3rd-5th graders. Social Studies is taught three times a week, and the Enrichment classes of Spanish, Technology, Art, and Music occur twice a week. Our intermediate students receive a weekly religion class, and attend Chapel three times a week as well. Our teachers focus on the different learning styles of our students, and work daily to prepare them for the Middle School Program. Bronco Bank A functioning branch of Amarillo National Bank Scripps Spelling Bee A fun spelling bee for our Intermediate school students. Library Visits Weekly library visits and Book Studies. Faculty Specialists Reading/Writing and Math specialists as faculty. Variety of Programs Extra-curricular activities such as Math Quest, Chess, & Battle of the Books. Honor Society National Elementary Honor Society.
